Almond Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • 2 eggs (whisked)
  • 1/3 cup of almond milk


  • Coconut yoghurt (topping)
  • Organic berries (topping)
  • Chia  or Flax Seeds (topping)

Directions

1.Combine almond meal, eggs and almond milk to form pancake mixture

2.Add 1 teaspoon of butter to saucepan and pour on pancake mixture.

3.When the mixture starts to bubble through, flip the pancake.

4.Serve with butter, coconut yoghurt & berries!
