Ingredients

  • 1 piece of barramundi (or fish of your choice)
  • 1 cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 capsicum (diced)
  • 1/2 carrot (diced)
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)

Directions

1. Lightly fry / grill barramundi until cooked to desired liking

2. To make the salad, combine diced cucumber, red onion, capsicum and carrot.

3. Dress the salad with some olive oil, tamari sauce and freshly squeezed lemon
